She provides all services for Nutritionconsulting.com. Susan is a Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist in New York State.

In 1987, Susan earned a Master's Degree in Nutrition from New York University and completed rigorous training to become a Registered Dietitian. Since then, she has worked in community hospitals and psychiatric hospitals providing nutrition assessments, intervention and counseling to patients with all medical problems. Her experience in the medical field allows her to use her knowledge of foods and nutrition to make individualized plans to meet clients goals. She has such an array of experiences to draw upon, that she can easily manage the most difficult diets and dietary preferences. She began a private practice for the treatment of eating disorders and weight management in 1991 and continues to work in the office and online to provide nutritional information and support for a large number of individuals--always with that personal quality that assures you that your meals are planned specifically with you in mind.
